Once booked, I share with you my preferred vendors list, you let me know who you wish to book and I book them for you. I also map out your timeline and logistics to guarantee a smooth and stress free day!

HALF DAY PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE

Photography to capture getting ready, first look, ceremony, group photos and of course those epic mountain couples portraits! Choose a photographer that best fits your vision!

BOUQUET + BOUTONNIERE

You share a couple of inspiration photos with me, I pass this on to the florist, book them in and then I pick the items up for you on the day of your elopement, to save on any delivery fees!

The little bit of paper that’s more important than anything. I send you the forms to complete in advance, schedule the appointment, and I’m there to pick up the paperwork with you so you never need to worry as I’ll have it kept safe until the day of your elopement!

To have wedding ceremonies in any public place in any Canadian national park, there are a few rules which need to be stuck to. The most relevant ones to note for a mountain elopement are:

  • No groups of more than 20 people can congregate in any one space (we limit our elopement packages to 10 people anyhow, otherwise it no longer feels like an elopement!)

  • Tents or temporary shelters are not permitted.

  • The park is a public place. Exclusive rights to an area are not permitted. It is first come, first serve. Areas cannot be cordoned off for personal use.

  • Throwing of confetti (natural or synthetic) is prohibited. This includes paper, rice, eco-alternatives, glitter, flower petals or leaves etc.
