HGW Heli ELOPEMENT PLANNING + COORDINATION
Once booked, I share with you my preferred vendors list, you let me know who you wish to book and I book them for you. I also map out your timeline with the heli base and all vendors, to guarantee a smooth and stress free day!
HELICOPTER FLIGHT FOR 5 PEOPLE
The helicopter flight is included for the couple, planner, photographer and wedding officiant. We work with Rockies Heli, near Nordegg. The flight includes 1 hour on mountaintop for ceremony and photos!
ALBERTA AUTHORIZED WEDDING OFFICIANT
All recommendations are non-denominational government appointed wedding officiants, whoever fits your vibe best. That special person that makes your marriage legal and real!
HALF DAY PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE
Photography (up to 6 hours) to capture getting ready, first look, mountaintop ceremony, and some other stunning stops along the way for couples portraits! Choose a photographer that best fits your vision!
BOUQUET + BOUTONNIERE
You share a couple of inspiration photos with me, I pass this on to the florist, book them in and then I pick the items up for you on the day of your elopement, to save on any delivery fees!
HAIR + MAKEUP FOR ONE
Pick out your favourite hair stylist and makeup artist, I see if they’re available, I book them in for you. These talented artists make you look and feel 100% on your special day!

Rockies Heli Canada helicopter base is located at Blue sign 372029, At the junction of Cline River and Hwy 11, Clearwater County, Alberta, Canada, T0M 2H0
This is approximately a 2 hour drive from the town of Banff, and a 1hour 20 minute drive from Lake Louise. There is no cell service between Lake Louise and the heli base.
Flights are weather permitting, if the weather conditions are good to fly, we can fly at any time while the sun is up!
Being just outside Banff national park, and right next to Abraham Lake, the heli company are permitted to pretty much land wherever they like as it is crown land, a free use area. The world (in the area by the heli base) is your oyster!
ALBERTA MARRIAGE LICENSE + CERTIFICATE
The little bit of paper that’s more important than anything. I send you the forms to complete in advance, schedule the appointment, and I’m there to pick up the paperwork with you so you never need to worry as I’ll have it kept safe until the day of your elopement!
